About the CMAA

The CMAA represents some 2500 professional managers of clubs, who manage approximately two thirds of licensed clubs. The Club industry has become a rich source of skilled management and line staff that Casinos both in Australia and international seek.  

Why? Very simply our managers must be competent in a diverse range of administrative and managerial capacities including the provision of advice to directors, implementation of all aspects of relevant legislation and Corporations Laws.

The necessary expertise of our managers, is constantly improved by their involvement with activities of the educational arm of the Association, Club Management Development Australia.
